Once the Athletic Department receives confirmation from the coach that an athlete is no longer participating, refunds can be made.
If the athletic fee(s) were previously waived due to family maximum or free/reduced lunch eligibility, there may be no refund or partial refund payment amount due.
Students will be eligible for a full or partial refund of athletic fees due to cut/drop only under the following conditions. If sport was paid via credit card, refund will be returned the same way with additional credit card fees taken out.
