We are excited to have you play with us, and can't wait to see you! Here are a few last-minute details for you.

The schedule can be located here - tinyurl.com/FAN2021. Games for Saturday brackets will be finalized after play is completed on Friday.

We hope that you will join us around 5 pm on Friday at Triple Crown Stadium for music, games, and FREE food for coaches and players! We have prizes that we will be giving away including a Wilson A2000 glove, a new bat, and more! Please email me by 5 pm on Monday to let me know how many will be attending so that we make sure we have enough food for everyone!

Please email me your roster and/or picture before 5 pm on Monday so I can include it in our digital program!

Please check in with your site director about one hour before your first game on Friday to review rules, and answer any questions that you have! Please remind your fans that we will be charging admission. All proceeds go to providing opportunity gifts to girls and women of ANY age to pursue their sports dreams and grants to women's sports organizations! Please check out our non-profit and the cool things that we do HERE! Admission prices - 10 & under/65 & older, and Military Veterans are FREE! 11 & over - $5 per day (no PSD passes, only CHSAA passes accepted)

Rules:

1. Coin flip for home team (EVERY game)

2. Each team will supply 2 game balls per game. Each ball must be NFHS approved.

3. The home plate umpire will complete the scorecard. Each team’s head coach needs to sign the card after the game to verify the score.

4. All NFHS/CHSAA rules apply and shall be followed (with the exception of extra-inning games).

5. If bracket games are tied after 7 innings, the 8th inning will begin with the last scheduled batter of the inning being placed on 2nd base. If tied in the 9th or beyond, last two scheduled batters will be placed on 2nd and 3rd bases to begin the inning.

6. All games are 7 innings unless a run-rule occurs.
   1. 15 after 3
   2. 12 after 4
   3. 10 after 5

7. Per NFHS, only Flex/DP are allowed (no EH)
